Telephone calls: Telephone calls received during regular office hours will routinely be handled by our office personnel. In most cases, they will be able to answer your questions directly or relay answers to you. Those calls requiring direct consultation with the dentist will be returned at the earliest possible opportunity if it is impossible for Dr. Jay Chrisman or Dr. David Wyse to take the call at the moment.

Appointments and time control: We feel that your time is valuable and, except for in the case of an emergency dental treatment for another patient, you can expect us to make every effort to stay on time. Because we are considerate of our patients' time, we have found that they are, likewise, considerate of our time. We see all dental patients on an appointment basis. We appreciate 24 hours notice if an appointment time must be changed so that the appointment time can be used by another patient.

Emergency Care: We recognize that you may have an emergency dental situation arise, and if you do, we will do our very best to respond to your problem promptly. If you have a problem, please call us as early in the day as possible. On the weekend, do not hesitate to call Dr. Jay Chrisman at home.
